Mullein & comfrey make great companion plants, they play very well together. Both have analgesic (help reduce pain) properties and cause movement in the body. Helping to move stuck lymphatic fluid and inflammation in every part of the body. Comfrey is also a powerhouse because of it’s mending benefits. For centuries its been used topically in cases of severe and minor injuries to heal the body.
